How to sign up for Online Banking

A New Feature for Online Banking

• At a glance 
  • Before trying to sign up for Online Banking, you will need the following pieces of information.
    • Account Number
    • Primary Owner's SSN
    • Primary Owner's Birthdate
    • You will also be asked a few other questions about your account for verification.
  • Once you have completed the verification process, you will be able to reset your password.
• Process to Sign up for Online Banking -the details
  • Go to www.hcu.coop and click on the "Sign Up" link.
    
             
    
  • The first screen is one of two verification screens.  Fill out the information and click on the Continue button.
    
    
             
    
  • You will be required to view/read the Online Banking Disclosure before continuing on to the second verfication screen.
    
             
    
  • The second verification screen will ask for more information about your accounts.  Fill out the information and click on the Continue button.
    
    
  • After successfully completing the verification questions, you will be able to set up a username and password.
