Hutch-Line upgrade and new menu

***Update: Hutch-Line upgrade is complete and is now called HCU Telephone Banking***

Our 24-hour telephone teller, currently known as Hutch-Line, will be upgraded November 22nd, 2011. Members will be unable to use this service on that date and are encouraged to use HCU Online Banking, HCU Mobile Banking or to visit one of our branches. Along with other upgrades, like the ability to activate and deactivate HCU VISA debit cards, Hutch-Line will be getting a new name. Effective November 22nd, 2011, Hutch-Line will be known as HCU Telephone Banking.

Access to the new system is the same as in the past by calling us at 620.669.0177 or 800.428.8472 and entering option 1. If you are currently enrolled for Hutch-Line, your existing member number and PIN number will continue to work as usual. You can click here for a copy of the new menu system.

As with Hutch-Line, HCU Telephone Banking will continue to offer members 24-hour convenience anywhere in the world, all at no charge.
