Online Banking Security Enhancements

For your protection, we introduced security challenge questions in Online Banking several years ago. These questions may be asked if unusual or uncharacteristic behavior is detected on your account.

We are now enhancing our systems to make sure that all members who use HCU Online Banking have current answers to these security questions enrolled on their accounts, and are now also asking for telephone numbers as well. We may utilize these phone numbers to contact you in the event of suspicious activity.
