New, Pending ACH Deposit FeatureTo use this exciting new feature, when you log into Online Banking, select Electronic Services from the top menu and then select Pending ACH Transactions. You'll then select the share ID and be presented with a screen showing any pending items and a settlement date of when the item will be posted to your account. You'll also be presented with a list of recently posted ACH items. We've also placed a blue "ACH" button next to the appropriate share account in the account overview, if you have any pending items. You can click on this button to take you directly to the Pending ACH Transactions screen. If you don't have any pending ACH items, the button will not appear. Once the item is posted to your account you will be able to view them in your transaction history. With this enhancement members can view a pending ACH transaction as soon as HCU receives the transaction instructions, which can often occur the day before the actual transfer. This feature allows members to view more information about their accounts, allowing for better account planning and money management. |
