What is RSS?
RSS is a technology that allows you to obtain fresh, updated contents from web sites of your choice without having to go to that site. What you get from a selected web site is known as an RSS feed.

What's an RSS 'feed'?
An RSS feed is a list of items. Each item contains a headline, summary of that information, and a link to the URL of the whole page containing that information. If the headline appeals to you, you can simply click on the link to read the whole story.
