1. Retail, Lodging, Restaurant, Mail Order/Telephone Order sales via Terminal

  • The merchant's choice of either bundled or unbundled pricing, with regard to VISA/MasterCard discount rate. (i.e. A flat rate or rate with a per-transaction fee)
  • A low $5 monthly service fee
  • A $5 per month statement fee OR free, if a merchant elects to pull/print his (her) monthly statements from the Merchant e-Solutions website
  • A $20 chargeback fee
  • Equipment pricing --Hypercom T7PT terminal, which has an integrated thermal printer, comes with a full 5 year warranty and costs $599 or is available to rent at a rate of $30 per month (not a rent to own program).

2. Dial Pay

  • Allows a merchant to process credit card sales via a touchtone telephone (cell phone, as well), thus alleviating the equipment cost
  • Mail order/telephone order rate + $0.40 cents per transaction. A one-time set-up fee of $19.95
  • $5 monthly service fee
  • A $5 per month statement fee OR free, if a merchant elects to pull/print his (her) monthly statements from the Merchant e-Solutions website
  • Equipment pricing: Standard manual imprinter Bartizan Model 4850 purchase price $26.00, Bartizan Model 990 (portable model) purchase price $32.00
  • A $20 chargeback fee.*

3. Internet Sales

  • Merchant must already have an established website and shopping cart. The shopping cart must be compatible with PayPal Pay Flow Link and/or Pay Flow Pro Gateway products. For compatibility and integration information, please visit www.paypal.com
  • The merchant's choice of either bundled or unbundled pricing, with regard to VISA/MasterCard discount rate. (i.e. A flat rate or rate with a per-transaction fee)
  • PayPal Pay Flow Link Gateway: $170 Setup fee, $15 monthly service fee, does not include shopping cart
  • PayPal Pay Flow Pro Gateway: $249 Setup fee, $45 monthly service fee, does not include shopping cart
  • A $5 per month statement fee OR free, if a merchant elects to pull/print his(her) monthly statements from the Merchant e-Solutions Website
  • A $20 chargeback fee.*
  • All transactions will be charged a 10 cent ($0.10) per transaction fee
  • *Chargeback fee is only assessed if a chargeback is actually received.

Other Fees: AMEX, Diners, JCB Authorization fees of $0.15 per transaction, Discover Card Authorization fee $0.10, PIN-based debit transactions of $0.63 per transaction.
