Switch to HCU eStatements

Clean out the "paper clutter" and make the switch to HCU eStatements!

You're already using our convenient Online Banking, so why not give eStatements a try? eStatements take the place of paper statements and are electronic files in PDF format. Sign up for Heartland Credit Union eStatements through HCU Online Banking from October 9, 2015 thru November 15, 2015 and get a $10 bonus deposited into your HCU account.*

Why switch to eStatements?

  • Fast. eStatements are available online days sooner than a paper statement.
  • Convenient. No need to accommodate space and file away paper statements every month. Plus, you can access up to two years of your archived eStatements online for future reference!
  • Green. eStatements save paper, ultimately saving trees.
  • Secure. Printed statements can get lost or stolen. HCU's online banking provides advanced identity protection with personal security phrase and security picture.
  • Free. eStatements are always free, and best of all for a limited time we'll pay you $10.00 to make the switch!*

Enrollment is simple, just follow these 3 easy steps the next time you're in HCU Online Banking:

Step 1

Login to your HCU online banking account and click on the "Enroll in eStatements" option from the eDocs drop-down menu.

Step 2

Read through the disclosure terms before checking off the agreement box and then select the "I Accept" button.

Step 3

Activation of eStatements is now complete. You will begin receiving monthly emails notifying you when your new eStatements are available. The $10 eStatements bonus will be deposited into your account on 11/15/2015!

Once enrolled, you'll stop receiving paper statements (and notices). You can switch back to paper statements and notices any time you like. But, once you try it we don't think you'll ever want to switch back!
