Or, you're needing to open an HCU VISA credit card and want to know which one fits you best but can't make into a branch. Simply pick up the phone and call our Phone Center. Linked Accounts (alternate account access) is available for HCU Online Banking and HCU Automated Banking. It allows you to view multiple accounts you are an owner of, on one screen in the case of HCU Online Banking, or in one login in the case of HCU Automated Banking. It's the most convenient way to manage your multiple HCU accounts.
We offer three levels of alternate account access. Depending upon account ownership and your access level, you can access other accounts from within your account to make your online banking more convenient at Heartland Credit Union.
Due to increased security measures, we have changed our alternate account access requests from an online signup application to a paper form requiring signatures. Our primary concern is the safety and security of all member accounts at Heartland Credit Union. All requests are verified by credit union staff.
Please print and return completed form(s) to any HCU branch or mail to: Hutchinson Credit Union, PO Box 1645 Hutchinson, KS 67504-1645. Please allow four business days for processing.
Alternate Account Request Form
Required for all alternate account requests. Three levels of access are offered.
Required when you want full account access to an alternate account which is a corporate account.
eStatements take the place of paper statements and are electronic files in PDF format. Enrollment is simple. Next time you're in HCU Online Banking, simply click on the eStatements option to enroll. Once enrolled, you'll stop receiving paper statements.
You can switch back to paper statements and notices any time you like. But, once you try the convenience of the electronic versions, we don't think you'll ever want to switch back, as eStatements and eAlerts are more secure, faster, and easier to manage than paper.
