System upgrades to affect some mortgage payments

Member Mortgage Services, HCU’s home loan servicing partner, is undergoing a system upgrade October. 26 – November 4, 2019. Your loan payment is made via an automatic recurring payment and you should have received a letter from MMS explaining the changes and how they might affect your payment.

From Tuesday, October. 29, to Monday, November 4, you will still be able to see your mortgage inside HCU Online Banking. However, you will not be able to access transaction history or make payments. The letter you received explains how your payment should be made for the month of November.

It is important to note, you will need to recreate your online recurring payment, beginning with your December payment. You can complete this process inside HCU Online Banking, beginning on November 4, 2019. Simply click on your mortgage inside HCU Online Banking and select “make a payment” to begin the process. You will also need to re-enroll in eStatements, if you don’t want to receive a paper statement.
