Taking Coronavirus Precautions

Dear Member,

Providing excellent member service is the goal at HCU. Not only does this mean providing great financial products, it also means doing everything we can to make sure members are safe and comfortable when they come into a branch. That’s why we have implemented the following measures to ensure our members and staff stay safe and healthy.

In Our Branches:

  • Staff is sanitizing high-touch areas regularly, such as:
    • Teller stations
    • Door handles
    • ATMs
    • Video Banking Suites
  • Hand sanitizer has been distributed to all branches

For Our Staff

  • We encourage staff to monitor their health closely
  • We ask staff to stay home if they don’t feel well
  • Staff will follow CDC guidelines to wash their hands regularly
  • New business travel for our staff has been suspended

For you, our members, we encourage use of our Online and Mobile Banking services, which will allow you to handle almost every financial need that arises. This includes depositing checks with InstaCheck mobile check deposit inside our mobile app. Our eBranch is also just a phone call away at 800.428.8472. They are ready to provide any personal assistance you may need. Finally, use of our drive-thrus will allow for personal service in a very safe manner.
