Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)

At Heartland Credit Union we are committed to meeting the financial needs and providing timely solutions for all our members. In-line with this mission, we are constantly striving for new ways to make our website easy for our members and potential members to navigate and use.

Currently, we are reviewing the accessibility of our website and online services following the guidelines set forth by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). This review process may result in changes to our online banking and website to make them keyboard navigable as well as updating menu structure, how images are treated, and overall color and visual design elements.

Many site-wide changes have already been made to meet these guidelines and remove barriers for users who visit us on the web. This is an ongoing effort and a constant priority as we add new content to the site and evaluate for compliance.

We will continue implementing additional accessibility features as existing and new guidelines evolve. We are working to ensure that all visitors to www.hcu.coop have full access to its features and content for the best possible user experience.
