How do you handle documents, such as driver’s license, W-2, etc.?
Heartland Connections allows members to safely send documents, such as a driver’s license, to the credit union using the camera on their device. Account and loan documents are securely transmitted to the member via Docusign, where members can sign on their device completing the transaction.
