Important information about your HCU loan

Heartland Credit Union has partnered with Allied Solutions to conduct routine audits of our vehicle loan records. As part of this process, we’re verifying that we have a current copy of your comprehensive and collision insurance policy, with Heartland Credit Union listed as the lienholder.
Once the review is complete, we’ll reach out to members whose insurance documentation needs to be updated.
To avoid receiving a follow-up notice, please send us the most recent copy of your insurance policy’s declarations page (typically the front page). This document should include:
- A description of your vehicle
- Your comprehensive and collision deductibles
- Heartland Credit Union listed as the lienholder
If Heartland Credit Union is not currently listed on your policy, please contact your insurance agent to have it updated.
You can submit your declarations page to our partner Allied Solutions in one of the following ways:
- Online upload: Visit www.myinsuranceinfo.com
- Click the Get Started button on the homepage, then the Don't have an ID? link, select Vehicle, and follow the prompts.
- Email: Scan and email to docsend@fmq.alliedsolutions.net
- Mail: Send a copy to PO Box 2137, Carmel, IN 46082
