The issue with MyCardRules App for iOS users has been resolved. All services were restored to normal today. We apologize for the inconvenience this caused.

January 27, 2020 Update

Over the weekend, we began experiencing an issue with the MyCardRules App for iOS users. Members are unable to log in to the app and are receiving the following error message: “We are unable to process your request right now. Please try again later or contact Customer Support at…” We began investigating the issue over the weekend and continue to determine the cause and a resolution.

Please note this does not impact Android app users.

We are working to correct the issue and apologize for the inconvenience.
