Heartland Credit Union is pleased to announce the hiring of Sherri Schneider as the new Branch Manager of our Haven location. Sherri brings more than 20 years of customer service and team leadership experience to the role.
Sherri brings a well-rounded background in financial services, community engagement, and team leadership. At Farm Bureau Financial Services, she worked closely with clients to understand their needs and provide trusted guidance, and her nine years with Iron Gates Insurance Group strengthened her relationships within the Haven community. Earlier in her career at HSBC Consumer Finance, she advanced through multiple leadership roles, gaining experience in branch operations, staff development, and member service—skills she will apply directly in leading the Haven branch. In addition to her professional experience, Sherri serves on the Haven City Council.
