Amy White, VP of Retail Branch Operations, is proud to announce Janeia Wren as the new Branch Manager for the HCU branch in Haven.
As Branch Manager, Wren is responsible for steering the branch's growth, overseeing business development initiatives, and managing day-to-day operations. She will ensure that members and prospective members receive the best possible member experience while also offering guidance, training, and supervision to the branch staff.
Wren joined our team a year and a half ago as HCU’s Traveling Branch Specialist, and she brings a wealth of experience to her new role. In her years working in financial services, she has demonstrated her commitment to delivering solutions that help members reach their goals while providing exceptional member service.
