Heartland Credit Union is pleased to announce the promotion of Marilyn Fisk, CCUFC, to Senior Branch Manager at the 23rd and Severance branch in Hutchinson. Marilyn most recently served as Branch Manager at Heartland’s Ave A location, a role she has held since 2020.
As Senior Branch Manager, Marilyn will lead the growth, business development, and operational efforts of the 23rd and Severance branch. In this role, she will ensure members and prospective members receive professional, personalized service while also guiding, training, and supporting the branch team.
Marilyn began her career at Heartland in 2016 as a Traveling Teller. Over the years, she has taken on increasing responsibilities, serving as a Financial Services Representative and a Traveling Branch Specialist before stepping into branch leadership.
“Marilyn is a genuine leader who leads by example and earns the trust of her team through authenticity, compassion, and a strong work ethic,” said Amy White, VP of Retail Branch Operations. “She builds strong relationships with members and staff, and she’s committed to helping our branches grow and thrive. We’re proud to see her continue to grow with Heartland.”
Marilyn holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and women’s studies from Wichita State University. She also serves her community as a board member of both the Hutchinson Recreation Commission and the Hutchinson Recreation Foundation.
