Cameron leads with genuine warmth, a knack for finding solutions, and years of experience growing teams and the people on them.
As a leader at T-Mobile, he was recognized as a top national performer, not just for hitting numbers, but for developing teams and building the kind of culture where people do their best work. He has also spent the last 12 years serving in the U.S. Army National Guard, where he learned that real leadership means showing up for the people counting on you.
What ties all of that together is the same thing that makes a great branch manager: Cameron genuinely wants to help people move forward. That's what he did for his team at T-Mobile. That's what he did for the soldiers he mentored. And that's what he'll do for members at 21st & Rock.
What I love most is seeing others realize what they're truly capable of,” said Cameron. “That's what I want 21st & Rock to feel like: a place where our members leave more confident than when they walked in.”
Outside of work, Cameron is finishing his bachelor’s degree in business accounting through Capella University.
