Carly joined Heartland in June 2026 as a Real Estate Loan Consultant at our Maize branch. Her goal in the role is simple: "I wanted to be able to make finding a home easier on people. It is such a big moment in someone's life, and I get to help make it happen,” said Carly. “If I can make the complicated simple for someone, that means the world to me."
Before joining Heartland, Carly built her career around people—running a travel agency, leading a church kids ministry, managing a medical business office. Across every role, the throughline was the same: Show up for people during moments that matter and make something overwhelming feel clear and doable. Real estate lending is a natural home for that.
What brought her to Heartland is worth knowing. Before she ever joined the team, Carly came in as a member looking to refinance her car. Instead of processing the loan, the team told her honestly that keeping things where they were would serve her better in the long run. That stuck with her.
The integrity and member support that we encountered was amazing," she said. "I wanted to become a part of the Heartland Way, delivering those same results to other members.
Outside of work, Carly volunteers with the kids ministry at Epic Church and with Convoy of Hope. She coaches and mentors other travel agents, loves a good board game, and spends her time with her husband and toddler.
