Heartland Credit Union Employees Complete Leadership Program
Heartland Credit Union proudly announces two employees successfully completed the CULead program facilitated by Kansas Credit Union Association.
Donna Miller and Jeremy Stauffacher participated in the year-long, six-session class developed as a comprehensive, hands-on interactive program for Kansas credit union staff who possess leadership potential and are ready to further develop their leadership skills.
Miller is Branch Manager of HCU’s largest and busiest branch located at 23rd and Severance in Hutchinson, KS. In her 17 years with HCU, Miller has spent time in the loan processing and consumer lending departments. She became Branch Manager in 2013 after serving as Consumer Loan Manager.
As Assistant Vice President of Retail Branch Operations, Stauffacher supervises all Branch Managers, including HCU’s Phone Center. Stauffacher joined HCU in 2009 as a Financial Services Representative before being promoted to Branch Manager in 2010. He was promoted to his current role in September 2014.
Miller and Stauffacher joined 12 other participants that successfully completed CULead in the inaugural year.
