HCU Telephone Banking Discontinued

Since 1992, Heartland Credit Union members have been able to utilize their phones to gain access to their accounts through our 24-hour automated system. Telephone Banking was a great tool for our members when it was launched, however, with the advances in technology over the years its usage among our membership has steadily declined. To be responsible stewards of the entire membership's resources, we will no longer offer HCU Telephone Banking after Sunday, December 1, 2019.

Members can continue to access their accounts via their phones by calling our friendly, local eBranch staff at 800.428.8472 during business hours or using our Free HCU Mobile Banking app anytime. HCU Online Banking is also available any time and is a secure, convenient way to manage all your accounts.

The HCU Mobile App allows you to access your accounts right from your smartphone or tablet. Our Mobile App has all the services you enjoyed with Telephone Banking plus many extras including:

  • Online Billpay
  • InstaCheck Mobile Check Deposit
  • ATM & Branch locator Loan Payments
  • External Transfers
