Heartland Credit Union is proud to announce the promotion of Gleysha Mendez to the newly established position of Connections Manager. In this role, Gleysha will lead the Member Connection Specialists, a team dedicated to helping members understand their full financial picture and connecting them with the right financial tools to reach their goals.

Heartland Credit Union is pleased to announce the promotion of Marilyn Fisk, CCUFC, to Senior Branch Manager at the 23rd and Severance branch in Hutchinson. Marilyn most recently served as Branch Manager at Heartland’s Ave A location, a role she has held since 2020. 

Heartland Credit Union is proud to announce the promotion of Michael Lizalde to Vice President of Member Experience. In this new role, Michael will oversee the newly established position of Connections Manager and the eBranch Manager. He will also continue leading our Member Solutions Specialists who focus on outbound sales.

Heartland Wealth Strategies is proud to announce that Mercedes Rangel, Insurance Specialist, has earned the Registered Social Security Analyst® (RSSA®) credential through the National Association of Registered Social Security Analysts (NARSSA). As one of just six professionals in the state of Kansas to hold the RSSA® designation, this achievement enhances Mercedes’ ability to provide personalized guidance and support to members navigating Social Security decisions as part of their retirement planning.
